The Epic Biolase Dental Laser is the only diode laser that has FDA approval for 3 distinct types of treatments: soft tissue, whitening, biostimulation/pain therapy. Therefore, it has multiple uses: periodontal pocket curettage, gingivectomies and gingivoplasties, frenectomies, exposure of impacted teeth or dental implants, haemostasis, disinfection, endodontic adjuvant, tooth whitening, treatment of dental hypersensitivity, accelerating tooth movement and decreasing tooth pain during orthodontic treatment.
