Who are we?

Personal data will be collected and processed by Piano Cabinet only to the extent permitted by the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (in short: GDPR).

Why do we collect this data?

Piano Cabinet processes personal data for the purpose of concluding contracts with clients or to send offers to clients who have clearly requested this.

What rights do you have over your data?

Under the General Regulation (EU) No 679/2016 on the protection of personal data, the data subject has the following rights:

Right to information and access to personal data

Right to confirmation from the controller that the data are processed

Right to rectification

Right to erasure

Right to restrict processing

Right to object - to object to data processing in a specific situation

The right to contact the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) if these rights have been violated.

The client/user has full control over this data and may at any time request a copy of the information collected by Piano Cabinet or may request the modification, deletion or migration of this information to another personal data controller by sending an e-mail to: contact@pianocabinet.ro .

Who do we provide this data to?

Contact details of customers/potential customers are kept exclusively in our internal database.

The anonymised data, collected through cookies, for the purpose of polls and statistics will be sent to online traffic measurement service providers (e.g. Google Analytics).

How long do we store data for?

Personal data provided to Piano Cabinet will be deleted only after the client/user has so requested or after we consider that it no longer serves the original purpose for which it was collected.

If you have requested their deletion, it will be done as soon as possible.
