I have been looking for a very long time for a professional office for the problem of my misaligned teeth, and every review I read made me even more distrustful of our doctors. I was afraid that the results would not be what I would like, that I would be charged extra money for each consultation, that I would get cavities after the braces were removed and so on. However, I came through a recommendation to Dr Pandele, who "shattered" all my doubts and fears from the very first appointment. And so I started to smile more from the first time I applied the braces, and as my teeth aligned I was even more happy with the choice I made. I had my braces at Piano Cabinet in 2016 on the recommendation of a colleague. From the very beginning I was pleased with the seriousness of Dr Pandele, as I was presented with all the possible options for straightening my dentures and subsequently all the different variants of braces . I also appreciated that Mrs Pandele's estimation regarding the period in which I have to wear the braces was correct, thus managing to take off my braces before an important event.Also, in the 10 months in which I came periodically for the arch cleaning I received advice to speed up the teeth straightening process and for the maintenance of the braces, which shows a lot of interest. In addition, the lady nurse was always friendly and showed flexibility and understanding about scheduling appointments. She also always phones before an appointment which has helped me to never forget when I need to come in.

Mrs Doctor is an exceptional orthodontist and the team is wonderful.

The Piano practice is where you go and you know you're going to be fine. The professionalism of the staff from the moment you walk in the door gives you the confidence that you're getting the best treatment you can find.

The Doctor does not stick to templates, but always customises the plan of action for each individual patient. In my case, for my teeth straightening, although the verdict of the doctors I previously went to was to remove 2 teeth, Mrs Doctor managed to avoid this option and I now have a perfect smile and an ideal bite.

Highly recommend.

After 3 frightening opinions from other orthodontists, I came through a recommendation to Dr Anca Pandele, who in a year and a half solved my extremely complicated case.
The way she and the nurses explained the process to me, the innovative procedures, but also the extremely pleasant environment that the clinic has, make the whole orthodontic treatment an easy experience.

What's more, after having my braces removed, whenever I had a problem with my teeth, both the doctor and the entire team at dansei offered me advice and opinions.

I really highly recommend this clinic, it's far above anything I've seen or heard from other people.
