On her dentist's recommendation, the 23-year-old patient comes to Piano to unlock a permanent tooth retained in the bone by a re-erupted (re-inserted into the bone) milk mould. The patient wants to remedy this problem, with no preference in the choice of the type of braces. She happily receives a fixed metal brace and wears it conscientiously for 2 years.
